Description of Contest: The 36 radio stations (each, a “Station”) in the ten markets identified below (each, a “Contest Area”) will conduct the Lotus $2026 for 2026 Promotion (the “Contest”). If you wish to participate in the Contest, review the local contest rules below for that Station’s Contest Area, which include instructions on how to enter that Station’s weekly random selection.

Each of the 36 stations will randomly select a daily winner from its entrants (with respect to each station, that station’s “Station Entrant”), and those 36 winners will be entered into a random daily drawing for $2026. You may only win a Grand Prize one time. Only one person per family per household (whether related or not) may win.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Daily winners will be chosen at random approximately 6pm local time and will be entered into the daily Grand Prize drawing that will take place on the following weekday no later than 10am PST/11am MST. Prize winners will be notified by telephone, text or email, and will a have one year from the date on which that prize winner was notified to claim and use the prize. After one-year, the prize will be forfeited.
If we are unable to contact the winner after 5 days from the time their name was drawn that winner is disqualified.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to participate in the Contest, entrants must be U.S. residents who are at least the Age of Eligibility and reside in the Contest Area.
Employees of Lotus Communications Corp. or any of its subsidiaries or amiliates (collectively, the “Company”), Sponsors, Prize Providers, each of their amiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, stepchildren, and any other relatives who reside in the same household with employee.
To be eligible to participate in the Contest, entrants must have a valid, working email address.
Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. Each winner must sign a W-9 form.
The Company, Sponsors, and Prize Providers (collectively, “Supporters”) accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, directly or indirectly, caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded in the Contest. By entering, entrants agree to release each Supporter, and its parent, amiliates, omicers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, loss, damage or injury as a result of or incident to such entrant’s participation in the Contest or such entrant’s use of the prize. Each entrant further acknowledges and agrees that if such entrant wins a prize, the Company has the right to publicize that winning entrant’s name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that entrant is a winner of the Contest for promotional purposes, without financial remuneration.
Each station has the right to disqualify any Station Entrant it determines has not complied with the Contest Rules, including the applicable local station entry rules. All station decisions relating to the Contest, including the interpretation of the Contest Rules, will be final and binding. The stations reserve the right to make rules and contest changes and change the contest dates, and the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if in Station’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Contest has been, or could be, compromised or that the Contest is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or force majeure or any other causes beyond the stations’ control.
Each station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify from the Contest any person (and all that person’s entries) who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, provides untruthful information or is otherwise in violation of the Contest Rules.

Description of Contest: 37 radio stations (each, a “Station”) within the Lotus
Communications Corp. are participating in this contest. Each of the 37 stations will randomly select a daily winner from its entrants (with respect to each station, that station’s “Station Entrant”), and those 37 winners will be entered into a random daily drawing for $2026. You may only win a Grand Prize one time. Only one person per family per household (whether
related or not) may win.
How to Enter (KPLZ):
- From March 16th through April 24th, 2026, listeners will be prompted to text on oraround 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM, and 3:00PM PST each weekday the applicable keyword given at each time and contestants will have a 30-minute window to enter.
- Additional chances for an extra keyword entry at specific on-site locations may occur and will act as another entry opportunity for that day. Locations for keyword will be broadcast on that day in advance, but keyword will only be attainable at said location to text in for qualification.
- Each active contest day at 5:00pm one qualifier will be selected per station from all entries
- Listeners may enter only once for each specific keyword given each day
- Listeners may become a daily qualifier only once per week.
- A singular daily qualifier from each of the following stations: KNWN, KPLZ, and KVI, will then be sent to Lotus Broadcasting Corporate to represent the Lotus Seattle cluster

General Conditions:
1. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the
prize and any person winning over $2000.00 in prizes in the aggregate will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year for tax purposes and a copy of such form will be filed with
the IRS as required by law.
2. No purchase necessary. Contest is void where prohibited. Contest is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible contestants participating during the Contest Period.
4. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes
without additional compensation. By entering this contest, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Rules and the decisions of the contest sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the contest.
5. Winners must provide valid identification (i.e. via driver’s license, passport
or other government-issued photo I.D.) to claim their prize.
6. Lotus Boise Corp. retains the right to disqualify any contestant if all contest rules are not followed. Contest void if prohibited by law.
7. So long as no participant is materially adversely affected, Lotus Boise Corp. reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules, which will become effective upon being announced on the air and / or posted online.
8. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts
to participate in contests.
9. Lotus Boise Corp., participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any contestant to complete or continue a telephone call, facsimile transmission or internet registration due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries. In addition, Lotus Boise Corp., participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, illegible or incomplete contest entries.
Once submitted, entries become the property of Lotus Boise Corp. and will not be returned.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Lotus Boise Corp. has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Lotus Boise Corp. its subsidiaries, its affiliates, participating sponsors and any other promotional parties will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the contest, including; cancellation of the contest as a result of the occurrence of events not within the control of Lotus Boise Corp., its subsidiaries, affiliates, participating sponsors, promotional partners and other radio stations, such as acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts or criminal acts of third parties. In the event such an act should occur, Lotus Boise Corp. may in its sole discretion, offer the winner comparable prize(s) currently being offered by Lotus Boise Corp. in lieu of the Prize originally awarded.
12. If for any reason, a contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion
of a contest is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, an insufficient number of qualified Contest entries, or any other causes beyond the control which corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Lotus Boise Corp. reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest at their sole discretion.
13. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation
of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Lotus Boise Corp. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
14. Copies of contest rules are available upon request during regular business
hours, Monday – Friday 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the offices of Lotus Boise
Corp. located at 221 1st Ave Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98119. Copies of contest rules may also be made available on stations’ website and during on-site / in-person remote events.
