You might have heard about the North American House Hippo well let us introduce Water Buffalo, a smaller-sized relative. Jokes aside, our Water Buffalo is a big but gentle, handsome, and athletic boy who loves to run. Easy on the leash, he’s also treat motivated and very attentive to his person. One of our great volunteers said –
“I love walking Water Buffalo because I feel like he wants to be a team when we walk together. He trusts me and when I am calm he is calm – We like to relax and enjoy walks! We play a lot of “look at that” and when he looks back at me after scanning the environment, he gets a treat! He has such a big heart and so much love to give. Very praise and treat motivated”
